Winchester College

In 2004 Geoff Pickup was asked to advise the College on the viability of transferring its ‘Treasury’ collection from a damp basement to a new site within the College. The collection includes important pieces of classical ceramics, watercolours, silver and Chinese art. Between 2004 and 2008 the College proposed various sites which were examined and costed, The scheme was eventually realised by Metaphor in 2012 following a period of fundraising.
