Number eleven worked on designs for two exhibitions during 2013-2014 for the Jewish Museum, London.
The Life & Work of Abram Games
We were commissioned to work as part of the design team with Arnaud Dechelle from studioDiem to create ‘Designing the 20th Century: Life and Work of Abram Games’ exhibition at the Jewish Museum. The exhibition celebrated the contribution to British design one of the most influential 20th-century graphic designers.
Signage
In case and wall panel signage were included in the design brief, and consideration was given to the presentation of Abram Games artworks alongside the gallery information required by the museum.
Object layout
There were over 100 objects presented within the exhibition, which was curated with the help of Games’ children.

Immersive design
The exhibit considered the impact of the war on the British Jewish population - which stood at almost 300,000 in 1914.
